On Saturday, the Faith, Politics and Environmental Racism: Solutions for the 21st Century Forum at 10:00AM focusing on climate justice, VA energy policy, and eco-theology. Beforehand at 8:30AM, there will be a morning chapel service.

At the forum two panels will explore theology around Creation care, vital background on climate change and the basics of Virginia climate impacts especially those impacting low income communities and people of color. The panels will be moderated by Virginia Union University School of Theology Dean Dr. Corey Walker.

Our goal is to bring interfaith communities together to highlight real life intersections between our lives and the planet, and the ways that faith communities can and already are taking action to be sustainable and resilient communities.
